All I had to do was uninstall everything and cancel, then repurchase my subscription. Easy peasy, right? Sorry for the inconvenience of the screen shot. There probably shouldn't be a drag and drop option if it's that irritating. Was installing Ps on Sierra 10.12.6, if anyone else has problems installing. Thanks.

Cloud Manager to install all programs https://www.adobe.com/ie/creativecloud/desktop-app.html
-https://community.adobe.com/t5/get-started/how-to-activate-your-adobe-software/td-p/9636861?page=1

If you are trying to install an old program (such as CS6 and earlier) on a new Mac, you need to read below

Apple did not maintain backward compatibility, so try this to install old programs

If you have Catalina, CS6 and earlier will not work at all

In the future, So people don't have to download the image you have attached, please use the Insert Photos icon found in the Tool Bar of the Post and Reply text entry dialog window as pictured below.
If you can please Edit your post to remove the Attached screen shot and Include it in the body of the text of your post.

You do that by Clicking the "More..." link at the bottom of your post, Selecting "Edit Message" and then use the "Insert Photos" icon in the tool bar at the top of the Post/Reply/Edit dialog box.
If you can't edit your post please include the screen shot you attached to a new reply to this conversation.
The Insert Photos icon is this one in the Tool Bar.

Thank you.

first try, resetting ps preferences, https://forums.adobe.com/thread/375776

if that fails to solve the problem.

uninstall ps including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall ps

p.s. don't attach images so they require download.  use the insert photo icon to embed images.
