The DNG converter works on the Folder level, not File level. Select the Folder the files are in that you want to convert.

Please read the instructions for using the DNG converter, it is covered in that

I have the same problem: I downloaded and installed the Digital Negativer Converter v. 12.2 several times. It does not show up in the list of apps and does not run when double-clicked, or when I select "run as administrator" or when I select it from the Start menu or anything. Just nothing.

mine is doing the very SAME thing.    try to launch the program..... just a flicker and nothing.     no dialouge screen, no interface, no options due to nothing being on screen.     R clicking a raw file does not prompt to open with converter.....    yes, program was actually installed (12.1) on win10 (64bit) and PC ws rebooted for program changes to tke effect.

READ my Reply above. The converter does Not work on the File level, there is NO Right Click menu to convert individual RAW files.

It works on the FOLDER level. Select the folder the RAW files are in that you want to convert.

PLEASE READ the Instructions for using the DNG converter.

Have you actually INSTALLED that converter program?

Just downloading it from the Adobe website doesn't Install it.
