Do apps need to be reinstalled after add-on removal?

I currently have the latest versions of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition and Media Encoder installed. All are working as expected, but as can be seen in the image below, the CC Apps list shows them as needing to be installed (except for Media Encoder).

This issue occurred after removing some add-ons by going to adobeexchange.com and clicking the 'Uninstall' buttons in the 'My Exchange' extensions list (the documented procedure for add-on removal).

The question is, do I need to waste time re-installing all these apps, and if so, why?

Should this be considered a bug?

The add-ons I removed were TimeTracker Timesheets, Audio Network Music Panel, Extreme Music for Adobe Premiere Pro, Pond5 for Premiere Pro CC and Speech Models, English (retracted by Adobe).

When this happens, CC App thinks the programs are not installed or a major update is available. This happens also when you change the  language of the programs..
