Do I have to buy Adobe CC for teams over the phone?

Hello,

I am from Turkey and I work as a Digital Marketing Manager for an industrial company. I have to use Adobe CC for my work. My company wants to buy a business license even though I'll be the only one using it. But when we try to purchase it, and select the license we want then continue, the site asks for a CS3 or later program serial number. When I click "I don't have a serial number." it leads me back to the license select page. I have been going crazy all morning trying to buy it. My company doesn't want to tell their credit card numbers over the phone and honestly I don't want it too. It's just absurd that it doesn't let me buy from website. Am I having an unusual problem or do I have to buy it through the phone only?
