Do I need to deactivate my CS5-product, before I want to re-install Windows10 on the same PC?

The point is: The PC will be the same, but Windows 10 will be installed new and CS5 will be installed new.

Thank you in advance!

It is possible that you do not have to but it is probably smarter to do so in case an issue arises in the OS upgrade.  Deactivaing and reactivating is a simple process, so if you don't have a problem it should relatively easy to get the software up and running again.
