Adobe make way too much money not to have tech support. This is crazy. I am having the same issue.

To contact the support team please click on the following link : Contact Customer Care

1- Select your product from the List

2- if your issue is technical select - Downloading, installing & setting up

3- Licensing & Activation

After this click on the blue button : Still need help - Contact Us and then choose any one of the contact options available for your product.

****NOTE : Please make sure that you are signed in with your Adobe ID to get the right contact options ****

Thanks Bani. Tried your directions but unfortunately the only option available were forums. Even though it says there is no direct contact option is presented or it’s so well hidden as to not be able to find it.
