Documents shared with 2nd email address won't open

I recently joined a company and got an email address through there. They're trying to share wireframes with me through Creative Cloud but I get this:

You don't have permission to open this document. Contact the owner for access, or check to see if you're logged in with the right account.

I added the 2nd email address to my existing Creative Cloud account. What else should I do?
