Does adobe CC work on windows 10,nothing will install properly

OK NONE of the apps will properly install on my BRAND new windows 10 computer. Support told me I had to wait till Monday till someone who could help was in then disconnected the chat session while i was responding. So is Adobe CC compatible with windows 10 and should i even bother trying to reach customer support on Monday. Everything seemed to install, then says that it didn't install completely.  When I reboot it looks like everything installed but when I try to open a premiere file that was created 2 months ago on  another computer on my account, the system says it cant open the file because it was created with a NEWER version of premiere. That's not even possible

    Run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 to assign FULL permissions may help... says Encore, but sometimes required for ALL Adobe programs (this is NOT the same as using an Administrator account)
