Does an iPad count as one of my three devices?

I just purchased a subscription to Adobe CC. I intend to use it on two PCs. However, I also have a lot of the Adobe mobile apps on my iPad and phone. If I was to login to my creative cloud accounts on my iPad and phone, would I not be able to install them on my second computer?

From what I understood on this post:https://community.adobe.com/t5/Get-Started/Limit-on-number-of-devices/m-p/8962544#M391970

You can install Adobe CC on whatever number of computers you want, but only have two of them logged in at a time. Is this accurate? Thanks!

Mobile apps available today do not count towards your device limit. I imagine this will change when full Photoshop is released for iPad, hard to imagine Adobe will allow an unlimited number of iPads running full Photoshop from one license, the abuse in classrooms alone would be immense...
