I could not find anything related to it in my search. What you can do is install it and if it does exceed the activation limit you will get a message to log out from one of the devices. Alternatively, you can also contact support for the official word on this

"Your individual license lets you install your Adobe app on more than one computer, sign in (activate) on two, but use it on only one computer at a time."

Note the word "computer"!

TBMK There is no stated limit to the number of 'Mobile' devices that you can install and use Adobe Apps. (iPhone, iPad, Android)
