Question

Does anyone actually use Adobe Support?

The reason I ask is because, ever since my most recent experience with Adobe Support, I've been getting the most nonsense emails.

First was my confirmation email for the above-linked post. In Japanese?

So that was weird. Next up are a couple of entertaining things.

First was this helpful list of resources, should I have any other questions:

Now, you see how it said to reply to that email or log into my Adobe account to find instructions and view my case? Neither work. I replied to that email. Since then I have received five different emails, each with a different case number, each telling me to either reply to that email within X-amount of days or log into my account within X-amount of days or they will mark my issue as resolved.

The last one had this funny contradiction:

And I've simply found a workaround for the initial issue(the actual TECHNICAL issue that I had, detailed here).

Thanks Ann. I reached out to the last contact you sent me, but I haven't heard back. I appreciate your help though.
