Does anyone else have trouble activating CC? The window doesn't accept input.

Can someone help me with this?

When trying to activate CC, the window where you enter the code will not accept data and remains blank.

Hi Thomas,

Try Restarting CC app and then enter the code.

Are you able to use your keyboard with other applications on that system? You can try using Virtual Keyboard on your system.

I have tried many times. I was on chat support for over an hour and they couldn't figure it out. They gave up and said they would escalate the request to the next level. I'm supposed to hear fro someone in 2 to 3 business days.
