Hi Claudia,

In addition to what others have said, this article goes over support options based on the type of plan

What are my contact options?

Like John mentions if you sign in with the email for your plan at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html it should give you help articles and options to contact support, including a chat symbol in the bottom right to start a chat interaction.

Hope that helps,

- Dave

Claudia,

What do you need help with exactly?  If it's not a billing or activation issue, oftentimes you'll get faster help from these user-to-user forums than you would with Adobe Customer Care.

Open the Chat and in the messaging window, click on the 3 dots to get other contact options. Depending on your support entitlement, you can see a phone number.

Also, depending on your geographical location, you might be able to see some phone numbers on the Adobe.com website.
