Photoshop elements is not included in creative cloud suite and creative cloud services are not available for this product. You can refer to following link for more information on this product FAQ | Adobe Photoshop Elements 14

‌I paid for Revel service and Elements software. I am not interested in Creative Cloud and Lightroom. Will I get a refund from Revel?
