Question

Does the password expire or require changing for the Adobe tools in Reader?

Twice now, our password has stopped working for the Adobe Tools in Reader (and for the Adobe website).  Is there a timelimit or lockout period on the Adobe user accounts?

Thanks!

The password for your Adobe ID is the same on the Adobe.com, Acrobat.com websites, as well as any Adobe products you use that require sign-in.

The password does not expire or change, unless you change it yourself.

What exactly means "stopped working"; did you get any error messages?  It is possible that some Adobe servers were temporarily down or slow.

"Stopped working" means that I can no longer sign in with our Adobe credentials.  I can't log in online via the web, nor can I login via Adobe Reader to use the online conversion tools.  The only way to get back in is to reset my password online and when I do this, things begin working again immediately.  This issue has happened twice since March 2013, which is why I was asking if there was an account password expiration policy or something.

    Thanks,
    Zack

Any update on this?  Has anyone else experienced this?

    Thanks!
