Does the upgrade replaces my Design Standard CS4 by the CS6, or will they coexist

It is my first time I am upgrading an Adobe software (in this case Design Standard from CS4 to CS6) and I have two questions that should be obvious but I did not find an answers in the web pages.

1/ Does the upgrade replaces my CS4 by the CS6 or will I have the two versions?

2/ Is the trial version, that I can download, the full version or a reduced version?

Many thanks for you help

Upgrade will not replace your existing version. After installation of CS 6 , you will still have your old version, CS 6 will be installed as separate entity.

Trial version is similar to the full version just with the exception that it will only work for 30 days.
