Doesn't Adobe respond to Support Portal tickets?

On May 30 your chat tech opened support ticket #0186689952 regarding error messages and download issues I have on both my home and office computer. These computers are not on the same ISP. I am unable to download LR6 from my orders page. The download stalls. Your suggestion to download the trial version via CC and then enter my LR 6 serial numbers did not work because I get an error message there. Error 207. Your chat tech said try again later. Well it's 7 days later and I am still waiting.

At the outset I disabled the firewall and anti-virus. Checked hosts file for references to Adobe ... none.

So as of this date Adobe has not responded to my Support Portal ticket which I update as I try things and each day when I do not receive acknowledgement from Adobe.

Here is Adobe's answer I received today after 30 days of an open support ticket. Which by the way was opened by their CHAT technician, the one we're supposed to get help from

Hi,

We would like to inform you that Lightroom 6 is only supported for Download and install on chat and any issue related to update you need to check it on forums.adobe.com as this issue is only supported on forums.

So if you purchase a copy of Adobe's software you have no support except for chatting up some tech in another country or maybe getting help from a forum. Again thanks Brucgovn for your help.

My answer to Adobe

Adobe --- NO MORE MONEY FROM ME! I'll use Phase One from now on. And BTW I had no issues downloading their program.

Hmm so sorry to hear that .

At least they should have provided you possible solution instead of just saying the support is not available on chat.

That is ridiculous answer sending like Robot reply. It is not supported and we will not.

" At least , they should have given you some hints , tips via Email  it is common sense, being an tech support is not just an profession it should be like passion , honor, willingness to help people who has expectation and faith in them. "
