Doesn't Adobe respond to Support Portal tickets?
On May 30 your chat tech opened support ticket #0186689952 regarding error messages and download issues I have on both my home and office computer. These computers are not on the same ISP. I am unable to download LR6 from my orders page. The download stalls. Your suggestion to download the trial version via CC and then enter my LR 6 serial numbers did not work because I get an error message there. Error 207. Your chat tech said try again later. Well it's 7 days later and I am still waiting.
At the outset I disabled the firewall and anti-virus. Checked hosts file for references to Adobe ... none.
So as of this date Adobe has not responded to my Support Portal ticket which I update as I try things and each day when I do not receive acknowledgement from Adobe.
