Doesn't recognize my work email address during the installation

I was downloaded the Adobe create suite with my schoole work email address but no idea why the system restrived my personal email address instead during the installation and can't install a free software with my school work email address. Please help.

    I'm not 100% clear what has occured on your side. I have a few questions.

    What version of Adobe software are you downloading/trying to install?

    Where did you download it from?

    Were you trying to register a student or work license? 

    Is the free license representing the trial?

    If you can give more details on the above and exactly what you were trying to do, it would make help people here better help you.
