Don't have the option to update to newest apps

Hi

I am using Adobe CC and have installed After Effects version 15.1.2. However, I know there is a newer version of After Effects, but there is no updates available in CC. I have this problem on two of my computers. How do I get the newest version?

I solved it. So, if anyone else is having this problem: The updates from october 2018 requires Microsoft Windows 10 - so if you only got 7 or 8 (which is still supported, I mean, it's not like I'm running XP or anyhting), then it's just too bad.
