Don't know what I'm doing?

I just signed up to the Adove creative cloud but I can't seem to download an email file they sent me can anyone help, new to this and don't know what I'm doing

I'm not sure of your question... when someone sends you an email, that is a matter of your email program and your server

If you can't get something into your email program, how do you know that Adobe sent you an email?

Some general information for a Cloud subscription
Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install &

activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things

If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

Log out of your Cloud account... Restart your computer... Log in to your paid Cloud account

Hi John,

You can follow the article: Manage your Adobe Creative Cloud for teams membership and assign the seat to your self.

Once done you can follow the article: Download and install Adobe Creative Cloud apps which will help you to install the application.
