Donwlod Error 201 when running CreativeCloudSet-up.exe

I want install Photoshop on my laptop with windows 7 profesionnal sp 1. Dowload of creativecoludset-up.exe was no problem. When i run it happens an error at downloead (error code 201).

the internet conneciton can not be the problem. downloading and installing adobe flashplayer was no problem.

how can i run creativecloudset-up.exe whitout error?

I got the problem. With the tool xpantispy.exe I did several system settings. So I activatet "HTTPS Webseiten nicht zwischenspeichern" (sorry, I have only a german version). After deactivation I could run creativecoludset-up.exe and install photoshop. Also flashplayer i could download.

Use a different browser, such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome and download Creative Cloud desktop app :

I think I have a problem with the system. Fire fox - I did the download with - is the only browser I can sign in to my accont with adobe. With internet explorer, chrome and opera I get the sign-in mask, but after filling in user name an password the login does not work.

Even flashplayer I can only download with fire fox.

With my desktop - windows 7 home premium sp 1 - I don't have any problems. With my laptop and with my desktop I work as administrator.

Are there some security settings or other settings that can prevent sign in an / or downloading from adobe.com?
