Double activation for the same pc

From years I've a subscription to Photography plan, at this moment activated on my main pc only. Now I need the second activation, but, exploring my plan, I note that I've yet a double activation on the same pc! In the first one, my pc is called "PC_STUDIO su WINDOWS 64", in the latter "PC_STUDIO su WINDOWS", but the pc is the same, even if with different date of activation (March 2019 vs May 1st 2019). Which one to delete to get space fo a second pc?

Thanks to both. I tried to deactivate "PC-Studio su Windows" (32bit?): the first one seems to work well. I'll report on activation of a second, different pc.

    That's some bug in the activation process, either cause by Windows (giving different ids for different subsystems) or by the Adobe software activation process. Sign of both. Next time you use that computer sign in again and see what happens.

    I had that phenomena for some time and it disappeared after a while.

    that's one computer listed twice (for 32bit and 64bit).  you can install on another computer.
