Double activation on one PC

On a new PC I have trouble installing the apps.

I installed CC apps on my new PC, 2017 versions I used on my old W7 PC and the new 2019 versions.

Problem 1: most apps I installed are not mentioned as Installed apps, but they are installed and I can open them. But I can't deinstall them from the Creative Cloud app.

Problem 2: when I wanted to deactivate my old PC I found out that I already had three activations, of which two on my new PC.

Question 1: can I delete apps in another way?

Question 2: What is the best solution to solve this, or will the solution be to deinstall all apps and install everything anew?

Hi, thanks. I did sign out of all activations, I uninstalled all apps through Windows.

So, with no active activations, I installed Photoshop CC 2019, then Photoshop CC 2018 and again I had two activations, but on one PC, like this:

WINDOWS-NTK6CTM op WINDOWS_64              24 november 2018          Deactiveren

WINDOWS-NTK6CTM op WINDOWS                    24 november 2018          Deactiveren

The first activation has _64 added, but it still is the same PC as the second one.

Can I solve this?
