Double billed for Creative Cloud All Apps and Acrobat Pro DC? Is DC not included in All aps?
As far as i can tell, the support center is currently experiencing such long wait times that they won't even give the option of waiting. Correct me if i am wrong.
I've been paying for both "All Apps" and Acrobat Pro DC. I changed my plan from other products, but i think i failed to properly end my DC while changing my plans. Or, it isn't included? Could it be that i am locked into a monthly DC plan for some term? Thank's for your help.
