Double billed - Refund
I initially messaged Adobe in regards to my plan, they were nice enough to charge me for my teacher rate, that was awesome, but they haven't refunded me back for the full rate, so in essence, I've been double charged now.
Adobe initiated a refund for me on July 7th, I've talked to online support members regarding this refund. They have all told me the exact same thing. There was an error initiating your refund, I have initiated your refund please wait 5-7 days. When does this loop close, when do I get my $550 Canadian back?

This has been the line they have used 3 times now...exactly.
