Double charge for Subscription

Hi to the staff members at Adobe,

I had an issue with the billing for this year, I paid my renewal subscription, but it kept asking me to renew, and eventually cut my services with the software. I paid again at a bigger charge and it works.

1. Can I get a redund?
2. In the case that no, then can I get a second year subscription?

I've been waiting on adobe contact center, but everytime the chat closes and I have to start again and again.

Please help!

Thank you so much in advance!

This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users here can't provide support for account, subscription, or billing issues, or issues with downloading or installing old, unsupported versions of Adobe software. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.

Click the following to contact Adobe customer support staff for help: .

https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html.

You must be signed in with your Adobe ID and allow cookies in your web browser for this to work.

Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session. Typing AGENT into the chat window should connect you directly to a CSR rather than the AI. As a suggestion, do not click anywhere else on that page while in the chat, as I think losing the focus like that causes the chat to close. (I can't confirm because I haven't had a need to use the chat.)

As an alternative, you can go to your account page (https://account.adobe.com/) and scroll down to Contact Adobe under Helpful resources. Once you click that, a panel is displayed with the most common needs, and a phone number is also provided.

If the CSR refers you to the forums, insist on speaking with a supervisor and keep moving up the chain until you get someone who knows what they are talking about.

Posting issues like this is actually helpful to other users because it documents that Adobe is overcharging people.

I'm sure that Adobe would rather that people don't realize that they are in the habit of fraudulently overcharging people. More people should post here about this.

The BBB.org has pages and pages of complaints against Adobe for this kind of thing. I'm shocked no one has sued Adobe for consumer fraud.

You do need to contact Adobe Customer Services. Here, we are mostly just customers like you.
