Double Charged for AU

I went to the adobe site to order AU via the monthly billing plan. The first credit card I entered was shown on the site as declineD. I knew the funds were available so I tried again and the site declined it again. So, I used a different card that was approved according to the site.

THE PROBLEM IS THIS.....the first credit card transaction was approved by my credit card company but declined according to the site. The 2nd cred card transaction was showing to be approved on the site and my credit card but now I’ve been charged twice!!!

Are these the type of problems I’m going to have to go through with this compan? I’m sure they don’t care but I could use Protools insteaD.

Anyone else have this issue?
