Double charged for using Béhance

Adobe is charging me twice for the use of Béhance. 9,99 €  for the photography plan Béhance included and 11 € by Adobe Béhance. I asked chat support to stop this but they told me they can't help me because

What's next? Force me drop Creative Cloud because Adobe refuses to set payment right?

you'll need to contact an adobe employee.  chat is the most reliable way to do that so you should retry cancelling adobe behance, if that's what you want to do.

Contacting an Adobe employee, that's exactly what I did. With no result. I'm happy with Behance, but don't want to pay twice. So I asked Adobe to stop charging me two times. With no result (bis).

the forums are for user-to-user communication.  other adobe users (like me) can't help you will billing issues.
