Double installation and installation on a new PC

Hi, I have a subscription for photoshop in Creative Cloud. I have two questions. 1) is it valid just for one PC or can I have it on desktop and laptop as well? 2) if I buy a new pc how can switch the software from the old to the new one? Thanks, Ciao
