Double ordered Premiere Pro, would like to cancel the second order

Hi good day. Encountered an error during the first time i ordered Premiere Pro.

Thinking the first order did not push through, i tried to order again but encountered another error.

A few hours later, i received email confirmation of the two orders which encountered errors.

Please cancel the double order.
