Double payment

On the 4th Feb 2018 I ordered Adobe Creative Photography Plan (Order ADD000355973AP). My system at the time was unable to support the programme. I therefor requested a cancellation & I was immediately refunded the $9.99.

In May I purchased a new laptop with adequate memory & on the 20th May 2018 reordered Creative Photography Plan.(Order ADB031678009AP)  Since then I have been charged twice monthly namely on the 13th & 20th of each month.

It would appear that the first order was reactivated when I placed the 2nd order. Kindly let me know how to cancel the first order & whether it will affect my saved photographs. I want to continue with order ADB031678009AP .
