dowload a dmg file.

Deleted my Ai trail version from my apps, but now a member and paid for two months. I cant download a dmg file and its my second day of sevice and cant use what I am paying for.. Please help.. Eveytime I try to download it just shows me it updated it, but I Ai is not in my applications menu.
