I normally pay for my subscription, but no app downloads to my desktop.

Starting from the creative cloud.
As a result, I may not be able to use the products I pay for.
Please help me .

Make sure Windows is up to date.

Update the CC App.

Make sure that you have the latest NVIDIA Studio Driver if you have an NVIDIA graphics card.

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
