I have attempted to down updates on Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Acrobat, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and I get notice that update failed- M44M1I216. I was on customer support yesterday and they said to download application manager, I did and the same problem and the support went off before I could hell hem.

I on a Mac running 10.6.8 and have been a member of Creative suite for over a year, I’m not on a trial.
