I keep on trying to install and open applications and they dont open and it says error then it just deltes itself

    First, insure your computer meets the current system requirements to run Creative Cloud desktop app + your operating system + all other apps you intend to install.  Older OSs like Windows 8, 8.1 and El Capitan are no longer supported.

    now the creative cloud app says its not working properyly and I need to re download it
