hey also wenn ich etwas downloaden möchte steht da mein name und das ich ein passwort eingeben soll welches ich dann tuhe jedoch nicht funktioniert habe scho meine mails gecheckt und passwörter geändert. pls help i only want to cut a video :(.

it's not clear whether you're seeing a mac prompt for the password (which is expected when installing any program), or an adobe prompt (which is expected when trying to login in order to download a program).

 

if you try both and still have a problem, paste a screenshot here of the prompt.

When you are installing or updating on a Mac, that is your Mac asking you to prove that you have permission by asking for your COMPUTER password, not your Adobe password
