Download a program on another computer with your license

Does anyone know how to download a program (Adobe Animate, for instance) on another computer when you have a subscription already? I can't find a way to without paying for it again. Thank you all!

Just install the Creative Cloud Desktop app. That's all. When you sign in, it will know what plan(s) you are paying for, and control downloads, just like the first computer.
