download acrobat pro DC stops at 9.3% every time.

I have purchased Adobe Pro DC.

I double click the icon to start the download. It stops at 9.3% every time.

Does anyone have a solution to this. Not a great start Adobe!!

Not working and no way to contact Adobe to get help. Pretty ordinary.
