Download adobe première CS6 for encore

Hi, how can i download premiere CS6 (for adobe encore) . He ask me a URIHandler to open the link and launch the application... I try with with creative cloud.exe but nothing. How can i do? Thanks

    Please follow the kb: http://helpx.adobe.com/encore/kb/encore-cs6-installed-cc.html and download Premiere Pro CS6. Encore is installed along with it.
