download app CREATIVE CLOUD

Hi, I can not download the application purchased on CREATIVE CLOUD, the download stops and this message appears: "DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO MANAGE THE APP" to activate the management of the app, authorization may be required by of the IT administrator. How can I do?

    install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
