Download Assistant not starting off elements download

I have had error issues when trying to download premier elements 10 CD version.  Error code had a 7 in it (sorry closed window already).  Went through trouble shoot to download trial first and then would install full version using the license number.  Downloaded Elements Premier trial.  Went to download Elements and it would not start.  Downloaded  Adobe Download Assistant again and Elements would not start or no prompt would open.   Do I need to uninstall Premier and start with Elements and then install Premier?  Any recommendations?

I am running Mac OSX 10.7.3

Hi,

I presume you are trying to now install Photoshop Elements and you have installed Premiere elements successfully. Is that right?

I would also recommend using the disc again to install and posting any errors that you receive so that we can narrow down to the cause of the issue.
