I have a Captivate 6 license but the original download file and instalation is on my old computer that crashed.  How to I retrieve a download file for my new computer to re-install?

You'll need your serial number to re-install it.

Download the trial version from http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-captivate-6-direct-download-links-free-trial.html

Follow the Very Important Instructions on that page first BEFORE you click the download links.

Install the trial then enter your serial number to license it.
