    Colonialprepress can you confirm which Adobe software or service you are attempting to install?

    I've moved your thread to the Downloading, Installing and Setting Up forum that has some staff participation, and they may recognize the error code.

    Was this specific to InDesign, or a general problem trying to download the CC desktop app, which I think you need first in order to install all the others.
