Download CC does not work - I do not have the windows with the download information

Good afternoon,

I have a mac with El Capitan 10.11.13

I just purchase the Creatice Cloud package and cried on DOWNLOAD in my account ... But i do not have any info about the download ...

When I manually start "Adobe Download Assistant" and get logged in I can't go through the login process. I get then message " Unable to invoke CFC - could not find the cold fusion component or interface torc.tdrcfacade
