Download Creative Cloud on new PC in Russia

Hello!

I pay for an Adobe plan for more than 2 years, I use it on my iMac.
Few days ago I bought a MacBook and I wanted to download Creative Cloud so I can use all the apps in my subscription on new laptop also.
But (I suppose) because I live in russia — the website won't let me download Creative Cloud or ANY programs from my plan. It just won't open the download page, even with VPN (before it worked with VPN)…

Is there any chance u can help me?

Or should I travel to another country just to download Creative Cloud? 😉

P. S.
I tried to airdrop Creative Cloud or other app-files from iMac to MacBook, but it won't open on MacBook (smart move Adobe haha)
