Download CS4 Design Premium French/German fails

I've been trying to download the installation files for CS4 Design Premium from Creative Suite 4(CS4)-Produkte herunterladen several times during the last weeks, specifically the third language option (Dutch, French, German, Italian..., http://trials2.adobe.com/Applications/DesignPre/CS4/Win/ADBESTDSCS4_LS4.7z ), but the download keeps failing. The link for the English version seems to work.

Could you please fix the above download link, or is there an alternative link I could use?

Also, is there really no other way to contact the Adobe support about this issue apart from the community forum, e.g. via email or chat? The system and information about contact/support options I could find do not appear to be very helpful and customer friendly at all...

hi,

i don't see a problem downloading from the link you gave, but if you follow all 7 steps you can directly download a trial here:  Download Adobe CS4 and CS3 Free Trials – Direct Links (incl. AE) | ProDesignTools

and activate with your serial number.

if you have a problem starting the download, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies. 

the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com). 

failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (eg, current) version.

The download of file 1/2 finally worked on the original page when logged in. The download of file 2/2 still does not work (http://trials2.adobe.com/Applications/DesignPre/CS4/Win/ADBESTDSCS4_LS4.exe), but it seems not to be needed.
