Download CS6 Design Standard because my new computer dosen't have a disc port

I bought the Creative Suite 6 Design standard about 2 years ago. I just got a new computer (Microsoft Surface Pro 3) and it does not have a disc port so I was wondering
if there is a way I can download it and then use the product code on the box to activate it. It is already installed on my old laptop so this would be the second computer it would be installed on. Also, I just made a new adobe account because I forgot my old one, can the product code only be used for one account?
