Download CS6 for Mac

Trying to load new CS6 for Mac.  I only have a CS4 for PC.... The screen wants a qualified product and its serial numbers.   What do I do??

    Please contact Customer Care at 8008336687 and they woud be able to unlock the product for you provided you purchased a valid upgrade.
