Download didn't work and now I'm paying for an application I can't even use!

I downloaded the InDesign app and the download worked for 5 minutes then dissapeared. I am still paying for the subscription because the ealry term fee is twice the amount to terminate! I can't get a hold of anyone to help fix! All I want is to be able to use the app to do my work from home.

Meanwhile, please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud+ all other apps you intend to use.  If necessary, upgrade your OS.  Win8, 8.1 & macOS El Capitan are not supported.
