Download doesn't start

I recently switched MacBook and am unable to download the installer (Creative Cloud). I've tried it in 3 different browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Safari) and in none of them the download starts. Is there a problem with the feature? Complicated paying for something I can't use anymore!

    If by "installer (Creative Cloud)" you mean the 'Creative Cloud desktop app', then please give the alternative links from the Help site below a try:
